Preparation:
1. Cut off the ends of the courgettes and slice them lengthwise into thin slices.
2. In a nonstick skillet, grill the zucchini slices for about 1-2 minutes per side, until soft but still firm. Transfer to a plate and let cool slightly.
3. Spread a small amount of cream cheese on each zucchini slice.
4. Add a slice of raw ham on each slice of zucchini with the cheese.
5. Gently roll the courgette slices with the cheese and ham.
6. In a pan, heat plenty of oil for frying.
