INSTRUCTIONS
● Prepare the oven: Preheat to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20×20 cm mold.
● Beat butter + sugar: Mix until you get a soft cream. Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla.
● Incorporate the dry: Sift the flour, baking powder and salt, add it little by little alternating with the milk.
● Candied fruits: Flour them lightly so they don’t sink and mix them gently into the dough.
● In the mold and in the oven: Pour the mixture, level and bake for 35-40 minutes (until the toothpick comes out clean).
