Garlic and Herb Baked Potatoes

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pierce Potatoes: Pierce each potato with a fork a few times.

Bake Potatoes: Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.

Prepare the Topping: While the potatoes are baking, combine the minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Top and Bake: Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and cut a slit in the top of each potato. Top with the garlic herb mixture.

Broil: Broil the potatoes for 5-10 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and bubbly.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Tips:

For extra flavor, try adding grated Parmesan cheese to the topping.

You can also add other herbs like oregano or basil.
