Cook ground beef with salt and black pepper. Stir in the cooked bacon and let the mixture cool slightly.
Roll out dough into a rectangle approximately 9×13 inches, leaving edges clean for sealing.
Spread the beef and bacon mixture over the dough. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly. Roll up the dough tightly with the seam-side down.
Slice the rolled dough into 1 to 1½-inch rounds. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray, seam-side down.
Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and parsley. Brush the tops of the rolls generously with the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rollups for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let the rollups cool for 5 minutes and serve warm with dipping sauces of choice.

- Make ahead and refrigerate before baking for easy preparation.
- Freeze baked rollups and reheat in an oven or air fryer for convenience.
