1: Prepare the Filling
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onions and garlic, cooking until translucent about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2: Mix the Cheesy Beef Filling
Transfer the beef mixture to a bowl. Add softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar.
Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined. Let it cool slightly before assembling.
3: Roll and Slice
Unroll the crescent dough and press seams together to form one solid sheet.
Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
Carefully roll the dough into a log, then slice into 1 inch pieces.
4: Bake and Serve
Place the rollups on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven, let rest 2 minutes, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
