Instructions:
1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
3. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
6. Pour in beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release browned bits.
7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until sauce thickens.
8. Return steak to the skillet, coating in the sauce.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
You can use chicken broth for a lighter sauce.
