- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 large carrot (sliced diagonally)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp sesame oil (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Blanch the Broccoli:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch broccoli for 1-2 minutes.
Drain and set aside. - Sauté the Vegetables:
Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Toss in carrots and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
Add mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes. - Add Broccoli & Seasoning:
Stir in the blanched broccoli.
Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Stir-fry everything for 1-2 more minutes.
