Preheat & Prepare the Baking Sheet
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Toss the Vegetables in Seasoning
In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, and zucchini.
Drizzle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
