Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef with minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
Mix cheeses: Stir in diced Parmesan and cubed cheddar cheese into the cooked beef.
Prepare biscuits: Flatten each biscuit piece. Spoon beef and cheese mixture into the center, fold over, and seal edges completely.
Bake: Place filled biscuits on a lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Garnish and serve: Let cool slightly, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Add a dash of garlic powder for an extra punch of flavor.
