Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- A small glass of lukewarm water (optional).
Instructions:
- Mix the lemon juice and olive oil in a glass.
- Consume the mixture first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Wait at least 20–30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else to allow your body to absorb the nutrients.
Optional: Add a small amount of lukewarm water to dilute the mixture if the taste is too strong.
