Gluten-Free Oat and Seed Bread

Ingredients

  • 500g Rolled oats
  • 650 ml Hot water (5 glasses, 100 ml each)
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Ground mixture of flaxseed, sesame, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds (grind in a coffee grinder)
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons Psyllium husk
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
