For the Topping:
. 1 cup all-purpose flour
. 1 cup granulated sugar
. 1 teaspoon baking powder
. 1/4 teaspoon salt
. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
. 3/4 cup whole milk
. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional:
