Ground Beef and Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Mashed Potatoes:

  • 2 lbs (900g) potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk
  • ¼ cup (60g) butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Ground Beef and Gravy:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups (480ml) beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen peas and carrots mix (optional)
