3. Crumble the ground turkey into the skillet. Break it apart with your spoon or spatula and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully browned and no longer pink.
4. Season generously with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix in the diced bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing it to soften.
5. Fold in the chopped spinach and let it wilt for about 2 minutes. The vibrant greens will add a fresh touch to your dish!
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley if you’d like. Serve warm and enjoy the hearty flavors.
