Preheat & prep
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble the sticks
Cut puff pastry into rectangles large enough to wrap around each ham and cheese combo. Lay a slice of ham flat, place a cheese stick on top, and roll it up tightly. Wrap the pastry around it, sealing the edges with a bit of water or egg wash.
Brush & bake
Place on the baking sheet seam-side down. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if desired. Bake 15–18 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
Add extra flavor
Brush with melted butter right out of the oven for that irresistible shine and flavor boost.
Serve hot!
Serve with honey mustard, marinara, or ranch for dipping — or enjoy them plain while they’re warm and cheesy.

• Swap ham for turkey or bacon for a fun twist.
• Add a little Dijon mustard or garlic butter inside for extra punch.
• These reheat beautifully in the air fryer for crispy leftovers.
