1. Clove & Honey Infusion — For Cough and Phlegm Relief

Ingredients:
• 5 whole cloves
• 1 teaspoon organic honey
• 1 cup hot water

How to prepare:

  1. Add the cloves to a cup.
  2. Pour hot water over them.
  3. Let steep 10 minutes.
  4. Add honey and mix after it has cooled

Benefits:

✔️ Reduces coughing fits

Drink 1–2 times per day during coughing or congestion.


2. Clove & Lemon Syrup — For Bronchitis and Sinusitis

Ingredients:
• 10 whole cloves
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon grated ginger
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 bay leaf

How to prepare:

  1. Add cloves, ginger, bay leaf, and water to a small pot.
  2. Boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Let cool, then add lemon and honey.
  4. Strain and store in the fridge up to 3 days.
