3. Clove Water with Cinnamon & Star Anise — For Deep Lung Detox

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp whole cloves
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 3 star anise pods
• 2 cups water

How to make it:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot.
  2. Boil for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Let cool and leave overnight to infuse.
  4. Strain and refrigerate.

How to drink:
• ½ cup in the morning on an empty stomach
• ½ cup before bed
