- Rinse the lentils thoroughly and soak them in 700ml of water overnight.
- After soaking, drain the lentils and blend them with 100ml of pure water until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended lentils, olive oil, rice flour, turmeric, ground coriander, baking powder, psyllium, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
- Fold in the sunflower seeds and sesame seeds into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and enjoy your delicious and healthy lentil bread!
