In a large mixing bowl, add the oats and crack in the eggs.
Pour in the milk and mix all ingredients together until well combined. For a smoother texture, you can blend the mixture until it’s lump-free.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a bit of oil or butter.
Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet and spread it out into a round shape.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles start to appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings like honey, fruits, or yogurt.
