Step 1.Cook the potatoes :
Boil potato cubes for 8–10 minutes until just tender. Drain.

Add the cooked potatoes and beef back to the pan.
Season with thyme/rosemary and a little extra salt and pepper.
Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes to combine flavors.
