Hearty Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredient Quantity
Frozen Mixed Vegetables 1 cup
Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
Cooked Bacon (crumbled) 1 cup
Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook ground beef: Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain excess fat.
Make creamy filling: Combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Add to cooked beef mixture.

Assemble casserole: Spread beef mixture in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Arrange tater tots on top.
Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
