The rotisserie chickens at Sam’s are better than the ones at Costco any day of the week, according to one Reddit member. In terms of salt content, however, Walmart does have the upper hand. The rotisserie chicken at Walmart has 690 mg of salt per 3-ounce portion, which is somewhat more than the 550 mg and 460 mg seen at Sam’s Club and Costco, respectively. Rotisserie chicken from Whole Foods is a great option for those managing their salt consumption as it contains just 280 mg of sodium per quarter of a bird, which is far lower than other brands.
