Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine the dill pickle juice and water. Heat over low heat until warm but not boiling.
Gradually whisk in the unflavored gelatin, one tablespoon at a time, until completely dissolved. If desired, stir in the honey or sugar and a few drops of green food coloring.
Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Carefully pour or spoon the mixture into the silicone gummy worm mold, filling each cavity completely.
Place the mold in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or until the gummy worms are fully set.
Once firm, remove the gummy worms from the mold and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
