1. In a bowl, combine mutton, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and salt.

Pressure Cooker: Close the lid and cook for 3-4 whistles until the mutton is tender.
Pot Method: Cover and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mutton is fully cooked (takes 45-60 minutes). Add water as needed.

1. Add garam masala powder and simmer for 5 minutes to enhance the flavor.
2. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
