Directions:
Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Prepare the Crust: Unroll the pizza crust onto a baking sheet, stretching it out slightly to form a large rectangle.
Layer Ingredients: Begin layering the deli meats and cheese on the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Start with the deli ham, followed by the salami, pepperoni, and finally the provolone or mozzarella cheese.
Roll the Stromboli: Carefully roll the pizza crust tightly around the filling, starting from one of the long sides. Pinch the edges to seal the stromboli, and place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Score and Top: Using a sharp knife, make a few shallow cuts on the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape while baking. Brush the top generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake: Bake according to the instructions on the pizza dough package, usually at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve: Allow the stromboli to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
