1 tablespoon of honey
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
Instructions:

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Grate the ginger to extract its juices and essential oils.
