Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the salmon fillets, skin side up, for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the salmon fillets and pour the honey pineapple mixture over them.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Garnish with pineapple slices and chopped green onions before serving.
