* How to prepare:
1. Marinate chicken thighs: buy boneless chicken thighs, marinate with minced garlic, ground pepper, a little salt and cooking wine
2. Heat oil, fry chicken, remember to put skin side down first so that the skin is crispy but the meat is still juicy. Fry until both sides are golden brown, then pour in the sauce
3. Sauce recipe includes 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 bowl of boiled water to cool
4. After adding the sauce, simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens and coats the meat evenly.
