Trump also mentioned a phone call he received from President Joe Biden after the incident, describing the conversation as “very, very nice.”

“He called me just to express his sort of horror that something like that could happen. But it was a very good conversation,” Trump said.

According to Trump, Biden assured him that the Secret Service would have all the resources necessary to do its job effectively, to which Trump responded, “I hope that is the case.”
