Let’s go step by step:
I have 6 eggs. Initial number = 6 eggs
I cracked 2.
Now you have 4 whole eggs left, but you still have all of them (the cracked ones are still there, just cracked).
I fried 2.
Usually, to fry an egg… you have to crack it first! So the 2 I fried are probably the same ones I cracked.
I ate 2.
