Empty the toilet tank completely and close the water valve to prevent it from filling up again.
Pour half a bottle of vinegar into a small bottle with a spray diffuser and spray it over the entire internal surface of the tank. Let it rest for a couple of hours to optimize its cleaning effect.
Then use the sponge to remove all the dirt, then use the toilet brush to make sure you remove all the limescale and mold.
Once you have removed all the dirt, rinse and open the water valve to refill the tank.
Now that you know how to clean the toilet tank, don’t wait any longer and apply the trick described above to eliminate bad odors and make the entire toilet system perform better.
