HOW TO WHITE YOUR TEETH AS NATURALLY AND QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE?
1. SPRINKLE YOUR TOOTHBRUSH WITH BAKING SODA
Baking soda is a natural descaler known for its abrasive properties. Once a week, replace your toothpaste with a little baking soda and brush your teeth as usual. Be careful, repeating this old grandmother’s technique too often tends to damage the enamel.
2. TAKE A SEA SALT BATH
Very rich in iodine, sea salt is an excellent antibacterial and a great ally for having white teeth. Once or twice a week, mix a pinch of coarse salt with lukewarm water and dip your toothbrush in it before washing.
3. DIP YOUR TOOTHBRUSH IN LEMON JUICE
Just like baking soda or sea salt, lemon juice is an effective natural way to combat yellowing teeth. Once a week, dip your toothbrush in a few drops of lemon and brush your teeth with it. However, do not overuse this technique because the acidity of the lemon tends to strip the enamel.
4. HAVE GOOD DENTAL HYGIENE
It seems obvious, but it is essential to have excellent dental hygiene to hope to have white teeth. In addition to eliminating dental plaque that promotes tooth staining, you will minimize the risk of infections or cavities. Ideally, brush your teeth three times a day after each meal.
5. USE A WHITENING TOOTHPASTE
On their own, these toothpastes are less effective, but in addition to good dental hygiene, they can be very beneficial.
