-1/2 avocado at room
temperature -1 egg
-2 tablespoons sunflower
oil -2 tablespoons lemon juice
-Black
pepper -2 sprigs fresh cilantro
-Pinch of salt
Procedure
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
In a food processor or blender, add the avocado, egg, sunflower oil, lime juice, black pepper, fresh cilantro and salt.
Mix everything until smooth and creamy. If possible, use a blender, so that the consistency is much creamier.
Taste the mixture and adjust the flavor as needed.
Serve avocado mayonnaise immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
