Two teaspoons of soy sauce reduced in salt
Two tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
¼ teaspoon powdered ginger; 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
For a fiery kick, add ¼ teaspoon crushed red chili flakes.
