How to Make Cucumber Lemonade:
Get the cucumber ready. Begin by cleaning the cucumber well. You can remove the peel if you want, but leaving it on gives you more nutrients. Slice the cucumber into pieces.
Make lemon juice: Extract the juice from two lemons. Ensure that you take out any seeds. Using freshly squeezed lemon juice is necessary for the most delicious taste.
Mix the Ingredients: In a blender, put together the pieces of cucumber, lemon juice, 3 cups of water, and honey. Mix until the mixture is even. If you like your lemonade sweeter, you can add extra honey until it tastes just right.
Filter the mixture: To make the drink smoother, strain the blended mixture through a fine strainer or cheesecloth into a pitcher to get rid of the pulp. If you enjoy the feeling of the pulp, you can move on without doing this.
Put ice cubes and garnish in the pitcher to cool the lemonade. To make it even fresher, you can put some mint leaves in the mix or use them as decoration when serving.
Serve and enjoy: Pour the cucumber lemonade into glasses and drink it right away. This beverage tastes better when it’s cold.
