Brewing the coffee: Brew 1 cup of strong espresso and allow to cool completely.
Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl or pitcher, combine the crème fraiche, condensed milk, iced coffee, whiskey, and vanilla extract. If desired, add cocoa powder and cinnamon as well for an extra kick of flavor.
Blend: Use a hand blender to mix the ingredients well until smooth and well blended. If you don’t have a hand blender, you can use a regular blender or stir vigorously with a whisk.
Store: Pour the liquor into a clean, sealed bottle. Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving, so the flavors blend well. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
Service: Serve coffee liqueur cold, on the rocks or in cocktails. You can also use it as a side dish in desserts.
