Ingredients:

For the Cream:

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams (3/4 cup) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 70 grams (1/2 cup) cornstarch
  • 500 ml (2 cups) milk

For the Choux Pastry:

  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) water
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 80 grams (1/3 cup) butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 120 grams (1 cup) flour
  • 3-4 eggs (depending on size)
  • Flaked almonds for topping

For the Buttercream:

  • 140 grams (2/3 cup) butter, room temperature
  • Prepared pudding from the cream filling, at room temperature
