Method 2: Preservation with White Alcohol:
Wash the ginger with baking soda and water, and brush it with a toothbrush.
Air dry or with paper, without exposing it to the sun.
Briefly soak in white rubbing alcohol to disinfect.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and store it in an airtight jar.

Advice: Alcohol disinfects and prevents outbreaks.

Additional recommendation: Use ethyl alcohol suitable for food use. Label the bottle with the storage date to control its time of use.

Method 3: Freezing with Oil
Cut the cleaned ginger into pieces to taste.
Mix it with cooking oil to coat each piece.
Store in an airtight container and freeze.

Advantage: Each serving stays fresh and ready to use, without the need to thaw everything.
