Place the ginger pieces in a juice extractor, juicer, or blender. Add a little bit of water to facilitate grinding.
Application:
Strain the Juice:
Use a strainer to collect the ginger juice in a cup, filtering out the solid pieces.
Apply as a Scalp Mask:
Ensure your hair is dry before application.
Gently massage the ginger juice into your scalp with your fingertips.
Leave-In Treatment:
Do not wash your hair immediately. Leave the ginger treatment on your scalp for at least an hour before rinsing.
Frequency:
Twice Weekly: Repeat the application twice a week for a month.
This ginger treatment, applied regularly, may help stimulate hair growth by enhancing blood circulation to the scalp. However, everyone’s hair and scalp are different, so results may vary.
