How to Make It:
Crush the cloves slightly to release their oils.
Steep in boiling water for 5–10 minutes.
Strain and add honey or lemon for flavor.
Drink warm, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
Best Time to Drink: Morning or before meals.
