Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) before using it.
In a big bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix well.
Put the small crackers in the bowl and mix them well with the butter mixture until they are all covered.
Place the crackers covered with a layer of coating on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Cook in the oven that has been heated beforehand for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crunchy.
Take out of the oven and allow them to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
Different Types and Advice
To make it spicier, put a little bit of cayenne pepper in the butter mix. If you want a stronger vanilla taste, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the butter mixture. For a different flavor, add some finely chopped nuts like pecans or almonds on top of the crackers before baking. You can also try using different kinds of sugar, like brown sugar or coconut sugar, to give your dish a slightly different taste.
