โ 1 head of broccoli, divided into florets ๐ฅฆ
โ 1 red pepper, diced ๐ถ๏ธ
โ 1 yellow pepper, diced ๐ถ๏ธ
โ 1 orange pepper, diced ๐ถ๏ธ
โ 1 carrot, grated ๐ฅ
โ 1 zucchini, sliced ๐ฅ
โ 2.5 dl cherry tomatoes, halved ๐
โ 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped ๐ง
โ 2.5 dl light cheese (e.g. mozzarella or cottage cheese) ๐ง
โ 2.5 dl low-fat milk ๐ฅ
โ 2 eggs ๐ฅ๐ฅ
โ Salt and pepper to taste ๐ง
โ 1 tsp dried basil ๐ฟ
