The meat is cleaned, washed and cut into pieces. Place it in a container, then pour cold water over it, add the vegetable oil, grated carrots, celery, onion, and thinly sliced garlic cloves. The dish is cooked at moderate temperature until half-soft. Then add the salt, grated tomatoes, diced potatoes and cook the dish until fully cooked. Add the butter, then remove from the stove. You can sprinkle parsley and dill on top.
