1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if using.
Cut into breadstick-sized pieces and serve warm.
