Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt and eggs until smooth.
Add the ground flaxseed, whole flaxseed, mixed seeds, ground almonds, salt, baking powder, and psyllium husk. Stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the bread is firm and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving.
