    • Grease a baking dish.
    • Pound each chicken breast to about 1/4 inch thickness between plastic wrap.
  2. Assemble:

    • Roll them up tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  3. Breading Stations:
    • Set up three shallow dishes.
    • Fill the first with flour.
    • Fill the second with beaten eggs.
    • In the third, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bread the Chicken:
    • Dredge each chicken roll in flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
    • Roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently for a good coating.
    • Place the breaded rolls in the greased baking dish.
  5. Bake & Rest:
    • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breading is golden brown.
    • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  6. Serve:
    • Enjoy your Chicken Cordon Bleu hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
    • It pairs well with steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh green salad.
