Ingredients
8 rice paper wrappers
1 cup blueberry pie filling
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip each rice paper wrapper in the water for about 10 seconds until it softens.
Place the softened rice paper on a clean surface and spoon about 2 tablespoons of blueberry pie filling onto the center.
Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll it up tightly like a burrito.
Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are slightly crispy and golden.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
