Ingredient Quantity
Crescent Roll Dough 1 (16-ounce) can
Butter (melted) 1 tablespoon (optional)
Optional Add-Ins:
Cooked and crumbled bacon | 1/2 cup | | Jalapeño (finely diced) | 1 |
Shredded Mozzarella or Pepper Jack Cheese | 1/2 cup |
Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook ground beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat. Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Prepare filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef mixture, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended.
Assemble party bites: Open can of crescent roll dough and separate into triangles or squares. Place about 1 tablespoon of beef and cheese mixture in the center of each piece of dough. Fold dough over filling, pinching edges to seal. Shape into small, sealed bundles.
Bake: If desired, brush tops of party bites with melted butter. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and dough is cooked through.
Serve: Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
