Add chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until spinach wilts and tomatoes soften.
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir in the cooked penne pasta.
Pour in the heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until the cheeses melt and form a creamy sauce.
Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
