Precalienta tu horno a 325°F (165°C).
Coloque el jamón en un estante asado en una sartén grande.
En un tazón, combina jugo de piña, azúcar morena, mostaza Dijon, miel, canela y clavo. Remueve hasta que el azúcar se disuelva.
Cepilla el jamón con el glaseado y hornea, rodando cada 30 minutos, durante unas 2 horas, o hasta que la temperatura interna alcance los 140°F (60°C).
Deja descansar el jamón durante 10-15 minutos antes de cortar. Sirve con glaseado extra en el lado.
